Catch-all Emails in Hosting
In case you host a domain on our cloud hosting platform and you have a hosting account, you will be able to enable the catch-all feature for any email mailbox that you set up under the domain. The Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section offers quite a lot of functions, but it is very simple to use, so creating a catch-all mailbox takes just a single click. All the email addresses that you have set up will be shown in this section in alphabetical order and you’ll only need to click on the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the concrete email address. Our system will notify you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain name or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either turn off the latter feature or select another mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all feature is just as simple and requires yet another click on the exact same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all email address can be created with several mouse clicks in case you have a semi-dedicated server with us. The hosting account will be managed via our in-house built Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll be able to set up mailboxes under any domain hosted there. To enable the catch-all feature for a mailbox, you’ll need to click the symbol with the exact same name, which will be to the right of each email address. Deactivating the feature can be accomplished in the exact same fashion and will not require more than one click either. In case the catch-all option has already been activated for a particular domain name, you will get a warning notice. The same goes if the mailbox that you would like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never deactivate or change any feature automatically.
